How do I create a Qoluna account?
1. Download the Qoluna app from the App Store.
2. Tap “Get Started” and choose a sign-up method (email, Apple, or Google).
3. Enter your details and agree to the terms.
4. Tap “Create Account” and verify your email if prompted.
How do I set up my profile?
To Edit your profile information, including your name and email, profile picture and sex of Digital Twin, etc., open Settings, tap Personal Information. Then tap First Name, Last Name, Email, to change your personal details or tap the profile picture to update it.
How can I change my password?
Qoluna doesn’t use traditional passwords. You can log in securely with a one-time code sent to your email, or by using your Google or Apple account.
What devices are compatible with Qoluna?
We currently support Apple Watch 10, Fitbit Charge 6, Oura Ring 4, with more devices to come.
How do I connect or edit my Wearable Device?
You can connect your wearable devices to Qoluna in two ways:
1. During onboarding: When you first set up the app, you’ll be prompted to connect your devices right away for the best experience. Click through the individual prompts for each device separately.
2. From Settings: Open Settings, then tap Device Management and choose the devices you would like to connect and go through the individual prompts.
Additionally, if you are using Apple Health with other devices, link them to Apple Health once and Qoluna will securely pull data from all wearables connected there. Don’t Forget: make sure you enable all the necessary permissions (like heart rate, sleep and activity data) so Qoluna can give you complete insights.
Can I use multiple devices?
You can absolutely sync more than one wearable device and Qoluna recommends connecting all possible wearable devices for more tailored insights.
How often does my data sync?
Qoluna data syncs automatically in the background, but the exact timing depends on your device, data type, internet connection, and background settings. Most wearable data is typically uploaded to the cloud about once every 24 hours when your device is online.
Important: You’ll still need to sync your wearable device the way you normally do with its companion app (e.g., Apple Health, Fitbit, Oura). Make sure your device is fully synced there first, so Qoluna can pull in the latest data.
How do I find my heart rate (HR) in the app?
Tap on the Heart dashboard from the home screen. You’ll see your most recent HR and a trend graph.
How do I find my Resting Heart Rate (Resting HR, RHR)?
Tap on the Heart dashboard from the home screen. You’ll see your most recent Resting HR listed there.
How do I find my Heart Rate Variability (HRV)?
Tap on the Heart dashboard from the home screen. You’ll see your most recent Heart Rate Variability (HRV) listed there.
How do I find my Blood Pressure (BP)?
Tap on the Heart dashboard from the home screen. You’ll see your most recent BP listed there if Qoluna is capturing it from your wearable. If your BP is not currently being recorded, please add your most recent reading by tapping Add Reading under the Blood Pressure widget.
How do I find my Respiratory Rate (RR)?
Go to the Sleep (moon icon) dashboard from the main screen. You’ll find your Respiratory Rate (RR) widget there.
Where can I check my sleep data?
Go to the Sleep (moon icon) dashboard from the main screen. You’ll find your total hours of sleep, individual sleep stages and respiratory rate there.
How do I find my Nightly inhaling Oxygen (O2)?
Go to the Breathing (Lungs icon) dashboard from the main screen. You’ll find your Nightly Oxygen widget there.
Can I see my steps and distance walked?
Yes! Tap the Activity (steps icon) dashboard from the main screen. It shows your daily activity including steps, calories burned and your movement patterns for the week.
Additionally, Qoluna encourages you to spend at least 7.5 hours of your day being non-sedentary, meaning time spent standing, walking, or moving around instead of sitting still. This goal is based on research linking lower sedentary time with better heart, muscle, and overall wellness.
It’s not about constant exercise, just breaking up sitting and keeping your body active throughout the day. To keep you motivated, Qoluna also tracks your Streaks (how many days in a row you’ve hit the goal) and shows your daily trends, so you can see your progress over time.
How do I know if my data is “good” or “bad”?
Each of our dashboards include indicators that compare your data against healthy ranges and your personal trends. Remember, everyone’s baseline is different and certainly check with your doctor if necessary.
What does HRV mean in the app?
HRV (Heart Rate Variability) shows how much your heartbeat changes from beat to beat. A higher HRV usually means your body is more relaxed and ready.
Do I need a wearable to use Qoluna?
Wearables give you the most complete picture but you can also manually track things like mood, Blood Pressure. Additionally, if you are using Apple Health and gathering your data from another wearable device, then Qoluna can use it.
Is the app challenging to use for an older person?
Not at all! Qoluna is designed to be simple: just open the app, simply glance through the Heart, Sleep, Activity, Breathing and Qoluna dashboards in the Navigation Pane and you’ll instantly see your trends and Personalized Insights.
Why should I use Qoluna instead of just my wearable app?
Qoluna combines all your health data into one place, adds personalized insights based on Scientific Journals and creates easy-to-understand reports you can share with your doctor.
Do I have to enter data every day?
No. Wearables track most data automatically. You only need to answer short self-reflective questions on a recommended monthly basis (which itself is optional) as with your updated Blood Pressure readings to get your most accurate, personalized insights.
Can I connect multiple devices?
Yes! Qoluna continues to grow its integrated device portfolio but currently supports Apple Health, Google Fitbit and Oura Ring so your info comes together in one place.
Does the app tell me when to see a doctor?
Qoluna never diagnoses but it highlights trends that may be worth sharing with your healthcare provider. Qoluna provides a Health Report which can be downloaded on the Analytics page from the main screen.
What if I don’t understand an insight?
With most biometric data in Qoluna, you may tap on any marker to see a plain-language explanation of what it means and why it matters.
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with your email or Google or Apple account.
Will anyone else see my data?
No. Your data is private and secure. Only you control if and when it’s shared.
Can I share my data with my doctor?
Yes! You can generate a physician-friendly Health Report directly in the Qoluna app from the Analytics screen.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Qoluna uses encryption and secure storage practices to keep your health data protected.
What happens if I delete my account?
All of your personal data is permanently removed from our servers. This does not mean your data is deleted from the wearables you integrated with Qoluna.
What do I get with the free version?
Everything in the Qoluna app is free while in Beta.

No. Qoluna is designed to help you better understand your data, not to diagnose or provide medical advice. It can be useful for having more informed conversations with your doctor as we have a downloadable Health Report you can generate.
